preamp and amp well matched with Raidho legend C3.2

Hi,  I am upgrading my audio system. I would appreciate if any one suggest amp, preamp or inte amp well matched with Raidho Legend C3.2 speakers to enjoy mainly classical chamber music and voices.

I am thinking of tube/power inte amp such as Mcintosh MA 12000, or tube amp such as conrad johnson ART27A amplifier, or any high quality solid amp or inte amp, but I do not have deep experience with HiFi audio. My budget is up to $20,000.
