Richard,
I do not have 37 PSU's plugged into the wall at once. Ive tested 37 different PSU's , all of which are having problems. I know that a light hum or whine is normal for a SMPS. A high pitched whine audible from 10 yards away is not normal especially when the PSU is not under load.
I managed to eliminate some of the whine my moving my pc into another room and onto another socket. Problem is now, this p.o.s. antec i finally settled with is having problems in 3d apps. ive ordered an ocz 600w psu which has higher amps on the 12v rails.
thanks for the help.
