Power Cable will not fully insert. Help.
Received my 2nd Audio Envy Ocean 3P. Trying to plug it into my Denafrips Athena. It’s about 3/32 from fully seated but will not move any further.
not sure what to do now.

If you want a "flush" fit, you could trim or gring the electric prongs back by the .1 inch.
