Poll.. please vote..Ayre V3 versus Pass Labs X250

Looking for a vote/opinion to settle an argument with a friend. He is of the opinion that's it's a better amp than say the Krell KSA-200S, Levinson 23 and Classe. Now I have a X250 and that's where I really think the Pass blows the Ayre away. Any opinions? JT
