I had trouble with the PS Audio. It wouldn't stay in the receptacle and kept falling out. I was told on the phone by a representative at PSA that that's just the way it is and blamed it on the DVD female end, despite the fact that it was the same for 2 different players, a Panasonic and an Oppo.
