Plans for Thorens TD 124 Plinth

By "plans" do you mean the cutout diagram? I have an old cutout pattern that I could duplicate and mail to you if no one else can direct you to an online source. On the other hand, if you're just looking for overall dimensions, you can probably get a good idea for what other people have done by perusing the after-market plinth offerings on Agon and Audio Asylum.
