Placing Dac Near Power Conditioner

I have a Wyred 4 Sound Dac2dsdse and a Running Springs Haley. I may need to place them on the same shelf. This is on the bottom shelf of my stand and I also have power cords running underneath. Any thoughts or suggestions about problems that may affect SQ.
