Pioneer Pax-30E 16 ohm/20 watts

Hi, I recently bought a set of the above mentioned speakers in G. Zee custom cabinets. Can I use my
Sophie Baby integrated amp with these speakers. I am waiting as I don't want to do harm to any of the units.
