Phono preamp suggestions

Currently using vintage Dual 1219 with brand new AT-VM95SH cartridge.  Running through the phono section of my Rogue Perseus tube preamp.  I also have a Graham Slee Gram amp 2.  I prefer the sound of the Rogue, more body and texture.  I'm assuming it's from the tubes.  The Gram amp 2 is OK, pretty clear and balanced, but not very exciting to my ears.  Very limited experience with analog at this point but I'm pretty sure I can do better without breaking the bank.  Budget definitely under $1k.  Looking for more of that body and richness if possible.  Any suggestions appreciated.  FYI, considering a new TT in the future also.

This is a fantastic phono pre if you can find one. This is what I have, and you can take it to a much higher level by going the limit on the tubes.

Trying to figure out why the first response was removed.  Maybe my post caused a knee jerk reaction in someone?  lol
There are several phono stages in the price range you want that have received excellent reviews by Mike Fremer.  You might check out his blog on the subject.  The Graham Slee units were all the rage several years ago, but I think there is a lot of competition now, some of it likely to be superior.  One candidate is the iFi iPhono3; costs about $500.  Then too, one can find used phono stages that inhabit upper price brackets when purchased new, sometimes discounted to less than $1000.
My bad.  iFi iPhono3 now costs $900, but still within your budget.  (The previous model, the iPhono2 was priced at $500.) I just re-read Fremer's review of the 3.  He gave it a rave.
Thank you lewm.  I will check it out and Fremer.  I generally enjoy his take on things.
