Personal speaker evolution

OK, so here is a thread I haven't ever seen here: What speakers have you owned? starting with the earliest, price paid, new/used, and perhaps the models that really impressed you (for the price) in CAPS.

Rat Shack Something or others, $120, new
Fisher Something or others, $280, new
ADS L710's, $550, new
Snell A2i's, $1100, used
BEVERIDGE SYSTEM 3'S, $1000, used

Let's see if my memory fails me here or not: for fun I listed each speaker with a 0 to 10 scale, with 10 providing the highest "enjoyment" factor along with top strength. Also time frame owned.

Montana XPS
EGGLESTON WORKS ANDRA III'S WOW!

pair of subs I built using jbl 128h

sub i build using a JBL 2240g in a 10cuft box 124db at 40hz at 10feet 131 at 3 and could still do 118 db at 20hz at 3feet.

pair i built using klipsch 1079sv 5.25" drivers and a vifa d-19 tweeter

bought a pair of Panasonic sb600 at a gearge sale just to hear what they sounded like (awfull)

various speakers i have upgrade along the way.

latest project is to be
a 2 way using a jbl 2206 or a jbl 2214 as the 12" lf driver and selium d210ti drivers ona 6x11 horn crossover at 800hz
expetecd response should be 40-20k flat with 96db /1w/m and a max output around 116db with the 2214 and 124db with the 2206.
