Many CD/DVD player vendors used standard disc trays for their product (such as a Phillips dvd tray unit).  If you are able to pull the tray out of your case, you might be able to find a manufacture name and part number.  It -might- be possible to find a replacement on the web or ebay.  I'm not guaranteeing that this would work, but it might be your best bet unless Arcam used a proprietary tray.

I believe a DV-60 player?

Yes, jafant, I do own an Esoteric DV60, but due to wild weather where I live, sometimes there are problems with power surges. One such event took away its ability to play multi-channel discs, so I bought a used Arcam, which sounds very good, but it's getting long in the tooth (like me), and needs  some maintenance.
