Pairing streamer

My Innous Pulsemini will not connect with my tablet that I use to control it.  The tablet, and my phone, cannot find the device.  Thought I'd ask here before going through Innous customer service to see if anyone has had this issue and knew of an easy resolution. I've rebooted from A-Z hoping that was the issue.  Any recommendations?

Thanks

I suppose it's possible, but I tried to pair with my phone and had no luck finding the streamer with it either.

It is connected via Ethernet cable.  I'll give logging onto the router a try when I get home.  Thanks

The streamer is controlled via bluetooth connection to a tablet.  A phone can be used as well.  Upon further review, I don't think the router is going to be the culprit here.

Will definitely try all options.listed above. The one thing that has me concerned is that my phone cannot find the streamer either.

Looks like the IP address for the streamer and the router are not the same.  I used an app and am able to ping the server.  How to I get them linked?  I've entered the IP addresses multiple times, but the tablet doesn't find the streamer.  Sorry, I'm not well versed in connecting devices.  Something changed without my knowledge.   All had been well for several months.

I am not using Roon. I'll give hardwiring a try this afternoon when I get home.

Thanks!

I've tried all of the above and no joy.  I will be contacting Innuos with all the remedies I've attempted.  Many thanks to all!  I appreciate the effort.

I am hardwired to the router.  The streamer has been setup that way all along.   This issue occurred after a few months of use.  Picked up the tablet and the streamer would not respond to commands. Rebooted and then it couldn't find the streamer.

Possibility for sure.  I've been in contact with customer support.  Hope to have an answer soon.  They are in the UK and 'm in the States making it challenging to be at home and online at the same time...

Innuos customer support was unable to remedy the situation.  When they logged onto my system, I was able to ping the unit, but the sense app would not find the unit.  After troubleshooting, I can not longer ping the unit.  It will have to be shipped back to them for diagnostics and repair.  Has anyone sent a repair to Innuos?  How long was this process for anyone that has?
