Pairing streamer

My Innous Pulsemini will not connect with my tablet that I use to control it.  The tablet, and my phone, cannot find the device.  Thought I'd ask here before going through Innous customer service to see if anyone has had this issue and knew of an easy resolution. I've rebooted from A-Z hoping that was the issue.  Any recommendations?

Thanks

I also have a Pulse Mini W/LPS. IT MUST BE HARDWIRED to your router. Be sure if you have multiple routers and multiple frequencies like I do, be on the correct one. Log into your router to see the Pulse Mini, and run setup. If it’s your “ End Point “ select that and the other appropriate settings. Once it’s setup as long as your phone or tablet is connected to the correct router , it should be a go. DO NOT HESITATE to contact Innuos support. When I acquired mine used they didn’t hesitate to be of help. At the time I tried to set mine up it would not recognize my Schiit Yiggy. I contacted Innuos and explained my problem and listed my model of DAC. The tech accessed Schiit’s website and confirmed their mode of operation. He said I could possibly have a usb card issue with the DAC as I had the original card. The card was actually compatible, but had started to fail unbeknownst to me. I subbed in my Bifrost DAC and sent my Yiggy off for a Gen 5 usb. That’s how far they went to help me with a USED product! They were extremely gracious and saved me hours of hair pulling. Cheers , Mike B.

@rbstehno Hi , I obviously fall into the “ Don’t Know “ category, and I’m not being sarcastic. Would you please explain to me why I have two routers and two streamers, one WiFi and one hardwired to a different router. Why then, can I only access each with their corresponding router ? I do this by switching the Wi-Fi connection on my iPhone to the appropriate router. Thank you, Mike Bolger.

@rbstehno  Thank you for educating me. I’m not very computer literate and networking is above my skill set. I guess you can teach an old dog new tricks. Respectfully, Mike B.
