Opinions on Townsend Rock 3 Turntable?

Looking to replace a Music Hall 7 turntable. Would this be a big upgrade. What were strengths and weaknesses of the Townsend?

What tonearm have you used or would you recommend to use with it for mostly MM cartridges.
