I heard the Tact millenium as well in 3 different sytems (one was my own). In two of the systems, the sound was exemplary. In the third system, the sound was exactly as rayhall described. If you read Robert Greene's old review in TAS, he goes on to write a LAUDATORY review of the "amp", but he did mention that due to its unique circuit, the "amp" is more speaker sensitive than most. However, if you use the millenium with room correction, there will no longer be any problems.
