Open House With Audio Components

Hello, we're contemplating on putting our house on the market. I'm in a quandary as to whether I should pack up the stereo and put it away or let it be. I don't want people who come to see the house touching the components or accidentally bumping into them. What did you or what would you have done?

I would at least pack up the turntable if you have one.

Suggestions to rope it off are good, but if your move will be soon, why not pack the whole system up now, and not have the possibility of damage?
