Nyquist I or II, anybosy have one ?

I love mine. Cannot recommend highly enough, frankly. My preference generally is for tubes and analog, and I find the Nyquist fits into my system, and that framework, splendidly. I do not know that I would find another DAC that better suits me. The sound is not soft, the component is a powerhouse, but, it has extreme finesse when called upon.
