NSFW pop ups. C'mon Audiogon, get it together.

Was just looking at a forum post, and to the upper right was a VERY inappropriate NSFW image directing me to a photography site. WTF!

I guess we can only view Audiogon from home now. Be careful folks.

Why can’t we have nice things?

One thing you can do to control the ads served up while you're browsing is to use an application like "Cookie" to identify and remove the cookies that sites leave whenever you visit. Cookies can be valuable when they're installed by sites that you use often and trust and you can mark those to prevent their removal. Cookie is Mac OS only but I'd guess there are similar apps for Windows. The first time you run it you'll be astonished by how many thousand tracking cookies are running on your computer.

Appreciate the post @gemoody

Just wanted to let everyone know we heard you and have listened.

We have  passed along your  concerns and have made changes to the advertisers that will show.

Going forward, if anyone experiences  an ad they think is inappropriate to get a screenshot and/or right click and copy the link of the ad and send it into support@audiogon.com

Thank you @admin, that is all I could ask for.  I didn’t take a screenshot before, but will if it happens again.

Kind regards. ge
