No sound when playing Pandora on my TiVo box on an LG TV


I am playing PANDORA on my LG TV using the TiVo PANDOA App.  There is no sound.  I have sound everywhere else including the TV, Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, etc.  

My Astound Cable Company suggested I reboot my router, cable box and TiVo Box.  I did and still no sound.  They referred me to Pandora Customer Support.  Pandora does not have phone support, so I entered my support request on their web site for help.

Does anyone have any suggestions?  I do not know when Pandora will respond. Thanks.

I sent PANDORA a support request and their answer is below:

"Thanks for writing, and sorry for the trouble.  This issue is usually specific to the network you're using to access Pandora, or due to an error on the device itself.

First make sure your device has the latest firmware by checking for a new update. If an update is available, try loading Pandora again once the update is complete.

If you're still having the same problem, then please try a few standard network troubleshooting steps:

  • Try connecting directly via an Ethernet cable rather than using Wi-Fi (if you have this option on your device), and see if that helps.
  • Try rebooting your modem and router and restarting the device.
  • Try removing and re-adding the app (if this is possible on your device).

You can also contact the manufacturer directly to troubleshoot your specific device and settings.

As I reported above, I logged out of the PANDORA App and logged back in.  This solved my issue.  I am hoping it still works tomorrow.  Thanks..

I decided to log out of Pandora on my TiVo App and log back in.  Great news.  I now have sound.   Thanks....
