Newbe Question, Krell 400xi - PS Audio Dac Hook-up

Hi,
I have a beginner question. I am going to purchase a Krell 400xi amp and a PS Audio Dac III. What is the best way to hook this up? The krell amp has balanced inputs but does not have coax.

Forgot to mention that I want to hook-up the above with a Yamaha cd player that has coax and optical inputs.

WHOULD i GET A BETTER SOUND IF i WAS TO PURCHASE THE NEW SONY CD PLAYER THAT HAS BALANCED INPUTS AND HOOK IT UP DIRECTLY INTO THE KRELL VIA BALANCED INPUT?
