New Wharfedale Dovedale

What do we know about the new, to-be-released, Wharfedale Dovedale. I saw a video with Peter Comeau of Wharfedale talking about the development of the Dovedale. He says it's the Linton on steroids.

I owned the Linton. On the one hand, it was an amazing speaker for the money. Fit and finish are superb. The cabinets are beautiful, dense, heavy. I loved the sound, but if I could get it (oh I don’t know) 20% better I’d sell junk off and keep them. I’d say they are pushing the threshold of mid-fi.

Wharfedale and its parent have tons of dough, lots of R&D resources, and economy of scale. I would think the Dovedale could compete with Harbeth where the Linton was a bit out of its league there (yet a wonderful performer).

I heard that the Dovedale will be made in the UK.

What price can we expect? $4k - $5K?
