I saw on the Moth \web site that the speakers are rated at 94dB efficiency. I understand the meaning of speaker efficiency, but I have never seen a discussion on the amount of amplifier power required to drive a given efficiency to a reasonable level. Perhaps someone could offer some info on this.

So, speakers with 94db vs. 88db would require an amp of only 25% as much power. Just how much power that is,of course, depends on your preferences.

It seems good on paper,but I can find no posts on real world users or dealers who carry them here.
