Need Integrated amplifier

I am selling off my system and the plan is to have a integrated with a good Dac built in that has HT bypass so it can hook up to my Yamaha A/V..  the integrated can’t have tubes my wife has banned me from anything with tubes lol..must have a nice remote…right now I am using the Pass Labs XP-12 and the XA-25 amp and a couple dacs …the plan is to clean up all the gear I have laying around and end up with a pair of speakers a A/V receiver for tv and movies and a integrated for two channel music..the speakers will be Volti Audio Lucera very efficient hybrid horn speaker if I get off my behind and drive 600 mile round trip to get them. Darn there is so much to pick from it’s crazy…budget is 12k or less..HELP!!

Does anyone have suggestions for an integrated that meets the OP’s requirements but instead of HT bypass has internal preamp bypass (preamp in) so can use integrated amplifier section as the LR amp for HT purposes controlled by AV pre?  This should theoretically improve the overall sound for multichannel TV and movies by releasing AV of LR power duties - assuming the amp section of integrated is powerful enough and of higher quality than AV.  At the OP’s suggested bugdet - assuming that is likely.  AV DSP should level volumes in any case.

Asking because just yesterday I thought about making this same move.

My dealer had a pair of paradigm persona 7f’s in their main listing room over a year and each time I came in they were connected to different components and each time the music was delivered highlighting something different. Most amps made the sound lean towards clinical then he connected an integrated that transformed them from clinical to musical and after a year of listening I bought them.

I could offer up a list of int’s that are better than average, but sometimes it’s worth listening for that combination that makes the system special, punch above its weight. Maybe you have a good dealer that’s familiar with your speakers and listening room?
