Need help setting up my VPI Scout: SEATTLE, WA

Unboxed my Scout after having it in storage for a couple years and I can't get it set up properly; I'm also having a minor issue with the motor.

Is there a VPI dealer in seattle (can't find a dealer page on the web), and/or is there someone in seattle with extensive knowledge/experience of this table who could help me figure it out--in person?
