I believe the HTS7.1 can only be use as a preamp for analog input only. If you’re connecting your oppo with digital input, the preamp will not work.

Hi ! I need help please? I try connecting my OPPO BDP 105 with Krell HTS with 7.1 analog coaxial cables for best audio result ( use OPPO as DAC and Krell as preamp ) but Krell doesn’t allow me when I select preamp function on Krell. Did I make some mistake in settings? Can you help me when exact settings on Krell HTS 7.1 and OPPO BDP 105 ? Thank you in advance for your help.
