Need Auto Replay button for Dual CS728Q Turntable

I've got a Dual CS728Q turntable that I'm trying to bring back to life.  Among other things it's missing the rectangular Auto Replay button.  This appears to be identical to the other 3 buttons for Start, Stop & Lift.  Apparently they are easily broken/lost and hard to find replacements for.  Anyone have an old Dual CS728Q that they've been cannibalizing and might part with one or know of a source that might?
