Sorry for the delay in getting back with you - this past week has been a busy one. If you're trying to stay on the lower end of your budget, the Yamaha CX-A5100 is a very respectable processor (11.2 Atmos, DTS-X, etc.), and is on sale right now for only $2499 (msrp $2999). If you're comfortable moving your budget up a bit, Arcam's AV860 (msrp $5500) is a very reasonably priced reference-grade option, and has the most advanced room correction software on the market right now (Dirac Live).
