Naim UnitiServe server

Purchased a Teddy Pardo PSU for my Naim server.  It markedly improved playback.  Now, a knowledgeable audiophile has stated that the power supply would also positively affect ripping as well as improved playback.  Anyone have experience in this area and care to share?  I've already ripped 2,000 CDs, so am not so keen to repeat labor if there is no validity.  Thanks.
