Jkreidler: it's just fine. I actually love the NAIM uniti atom sound. Vinyl plays beautifully with a low noise floor. That of course has to do with all the components... In any case the Naim is a wonderful but costly unit. While it's only 40 watts i have not found this to be a problem. You just have to make sure you're not sitting too far from the speakers and that your speakers are decently good sensitivity i.e. in the 90's. I did push them a bit high before at which point the soundstage did break down. But i really trying to rock the whole house at the time... so it's kind of my fault.
Naim Uniti Atom vinyl playback?
Hi all has anyone had experience with vinyl playback on the Naim Uniti Atom? I'm currently running a Rega TT off the CXA81. Looking to replace components to simplify the system. Record playback is very important to me however so I want to make sure this is not a step down. Thanks for any input.
