Mytek Brooklyn Bridge Problem

Hi

I just purchased MBB and encounter problems with Tidal streaming and local storage.

Am using Mconnect app to stream as suggested but it is unable to play songs completely. It will stop playing the song after it just started and it cannot detect both HDD and Thumb drive connected to its USB port.

Would appreciate help in these matters.

Did you ever get this sorted out? I am working with Mytek support on similar issues, but I am not making much progress.

Hifi123,

Did you ever get your USB to work on the BB? I CAN'T. Frustrating. I have the latest SW update installed and am using MConnect and still cannot see the thumb drive.

Waiting for a response again.
