Great cables but pretty much hit or miss working with Brad. My first cable purchase went great with no issues and it shipped fast. My second cable I bought a used USB cable that wouldn’t work with my streamer but worked with a laptop? Sent it to Brad in October and he promised to replace it. Poor communication…seldom responds to email/voice mail. When he does respond he says the cable is on his workbench and will ship out by the end of the week. Still no cable after several promises in 6 months. It is so bad I just have to shake my head and laugh it off. Just maybe some day it will arrive and actually work🤞.

I spoke about this on the topic amps preamps but want to say a few words here about it. I ordered my Revelation Audio Labs cable from Brad, and he designed it, and shipped it, within a week’s time. It has been a week now that it has been part of my system, and this one change, has been one of the most significant IMPROVEMENTS I have experienced in all of my years in this hobby, and business. It is the Passage CryoSilver Reference "Dual Conduit" 1 meter. Custom mage for my preamp. Listening to "A Tribute To Jack Johnson" by Miles Davis, I am hearing details within the recording, I have never noticed before, and I know this recording very well (I thought I did). I feel I have an entirely upgraded system by this single change, and my preamp, is a GEM. Happy listening to all of you. My best, MrD.
