My turntable sounds like the speed is too slow

I have an Acoustic Signature Primus. It seems like the speed is too slow and just produces slow muffled vocals.

I changed the drive belt, and it didn’t make a difference.

Can you suggest what may be the problem?

Has it always had this “muffled vocals” presentation or is this a recent change? Check VTF, and alignment of the cartridge as your next steps.
