I believe you remove the clear plastic. It is there to give the set screws something to hold on to until you install them.
My termination is wrong, clearly, how do I fix it?
I don't remember who made these. They weren't "cheap" but also they weren't solid gold or whatever. Anyway, where is that clear plastic supposed to go? Between the screw and the cable? Between the cable and the body of the connector?
