Musical Fidelity A3cr Owners--Help

I just purchased the A3cr and love it. However when I first turn it on, the right channel does not come on for a few minutes. Is this normal?? Should I be worried??

It turned out to be a cable problem and has not come back in the 9 months since. Check carefully all youir connections. Good luck.
