I used to have a tape mix (showing my age) for my Walkman that had my favorite tunes on them for the hill: Grateful Dead's "China Cat>I Know You Rider" pairing and "Truckin'" from "Europe '72". Lots of energy there. Allman Bros Band "Mountain Jam" from "Eat A Peach" and "You Don't Love Me" from "Fillmore East" Both were recorded on the same night so the energy is consistant on both of those. "Magic Carpet Ride", "The Pusher" from Steppenwolf.
"Thirty Days In The Hole" from Humble Pie. "Incense and Peppermints" from Strawberry Alarm Clock, "Happy Together" by The Turtles, "California Girls" by The Beach Boys.
