MSB's most excellent service
Just a quick note on the excellent service I received from MSB. I purchased a used MSB gold link III a number of months back and about a month ago it began having difficulties locking into the input signal. I explained my problem to MSB over the phone and they suggested that I send it to them for repair.
I was ready to spend $250 or more for the repair since I was not the original owner and the unit was a few years old. Well, two weeks later it was back at my home repaired at no charge!!!!!!! They even paid for shipping back to my home. Way to go MSB!!!!!!!!
They have earned the respect of this consumer!
