Unfortunately, I don't believe the recording companies are making movie soundtracks available in the Dolby Digital or DTS formats. And DVD Audio won't get you there either unless you buy a DVD-Audio player and the movie soundtrack is available in that format (probably not).
About the best you can do is to buy the CD of the soundtrack and then put it through one of your receiver's analog surround processing modes... and that won't be quite the same, but maybe it will work for you. :)
