Mounting Speakers On A Furniture Dolly For Mobility

Will mounting five feet tall, 125 pound speakers on a furniture dolly degrade the sound? Will the bass be affected? Thick carpeted floor.

I need to move them around the room quite often. Three inch wheels on the dolly.

Will it deteriorate enough to negate the utility you require? Probably not. You might add a more suitable platform on the dolly, like a paving slab.
