Mods for Oppo 93

If anyone has experience with mods for the Oppo 93, your input would be greatly appreciated. Is it worth the expense to mod an Oppo 93 to improve 2 channel performance? I use the Oppo for CD's, in addition to DVD's, using the DAC's in my Krell HTS 7.1 processor. I use a Spectron Mus. 2 Hybrid amp and Hales Rev. 3 speakers. Don't do computer audio yet, but may in the near future. I recently home demoed a Bel Canto 2.5 DAC, and really heard no difference in performance. I've researched the Jena Labs mods and they sound interesting, but have read bad things about the RAM mods. I've emailed Modwright, but haven't heard back from them yet. I'm not unhappy with my present system, but feel like upgrading. Any suggestions? Thanks, Dave
