Mitigating the Bubble
Today after many years of trials and tribulations I have mitigated a sonic aberration a horizontal phase anomaly in my center stage. While the center image was always stable and outlined it seemed narrow and bubble like and I would need to shift my body angle to really lock in the image. This was obvious on many CDs and LPs .
I have many man made fixes that helped the situation but never a total cure. Some of these are now permanent fixtures on the ceiling in 2 different locations. I made my own acoustic panels filled with long hair sheep's wool and 3 Argent Room Lenses. I have laminar flow lenses that focus and stabilize the image across the front stage. I have built and treated an acoustic fan that overcomes the boundaries with in my room by reducing interference. I have loaded my speaker cabinets 3 times with new drivers and now an outboard crossover. This was after my Essence 30s speakers and my Dunlavy SC4s. ..All my components are hard mounted and direct coupled to the floor...on rock solid racks and speaker stands, custom mono bloc amps each on their own stand. All of these devices and angles and positions made the image wider and more focused but I still had that little bubble and shift before me. Always less annoying with each new device and tweak.
So, your probably saying to yourself hurry up and get to the end. The end finally arrived today after having applied a contact enhancer 7 days ago to just 6 RCA ends out of many connections in my system. Today with a friend who has been here a hundred times sitting in the Chair playing the same music as usual he said there was a wider sweet spot. I despise that term but he said it and not me.What we both heard was a super stable center image that was a few feet wide and not just one. The bubble was gone. The head in the vise was gone. Off came the straight jacket and helmet. What I have now in this space intime is a glorious fully extended soundstage with all the meat on the bones and the features of talking heads on a real live performance stage.
I have probably used eight different contact enhancers over five decades but this one blows my mind. This product Nano Flo is the ultimate in transparency.

Nano- Flo Chris has two AC cables returned by me through an EBay buy and has had them for almost two weeks with no refund nor response to calls or text messages. Retuned with in 10 days of the 30 allotted. Ebay policy is 3 days for a refund 🙈
Reading closer to his return policy it’s one return per family 😳🙄.
Ok send back the $$$ for one and return the 2nd. As of now I don’t trust him to send back the AC cable with his Magic goop on the ends. He accused me of wiping off the goop on the returned cables, not true.
Buyer beware, this guy is not an upright person to do business with. I kept 3 of the 5. When buying from him you’re getting a $25.00 AC cable with magic goop on the connectors but who knows if he applies it or not. Does the magic goop work? Yep but it’s in the hands of a guy who can become another Rick Schulz.

Cables are in route to Chris and he changes the wording on his EBay ad to one return per family that was never there before when I bought from him on EBay. Cleaver little bugger.
Being raised and having grown up in NY we tend to be outspoken and upfront. Hiding under your bed,Chris, really ticks us Yorker off. Would rather a “F you Glory I am broke and I will pay you off in a few weeks or months but you will be refunded”, would work just fine for us.

Anger in the right situation is called for at times and this is one of them. You have over $3K of my $$$ so return it. Anger management for someone ripping you off over $3K? The management would be refund my $$$ today and I will be healed.
I contacted you 3x peacefully and you ignored me. Now you come out from under your bed to respond when we could have done this privately off line.

I bought 3 AC cables but you told me there was a glitch in the system and was charged for 5. You shipped 3 out to me and told me you would hold 2 at the discount price if I wanted to get the other two and if I didn’t want them after I got them I could return them. Here is my positive review of your goop.I want you to be successful in your product and selling to us Philes. Your goop is the greatest breakthrough in audio. Nothing comes close to what it does when installed into one’s system. No words to describe what one hears when using with just AC cables.
I told you I needed to sell my Hemingway cables to finance the other two cables, and that I couldn’t do so I returned them. Did what you told me to go through eBay sent them back, and I patiently waited for the refund.
I asked you not to make this a mess and to pursue in a peaceful way, the transaction, and that I would give you a positive review on Audiogon.
I have here given you a negative feedback, but send my refund today and I will contact the monitors of audiogon and ask them to remove all my writings on this thread. You deserve better. Your product is out of this world. I just hope that your character and your integrity matches the awesomeness of your goop. |

you need to honor the 30 day return policy. I would take them back but now knowing who you are you will ship me back a $25.00 cable plugged in a few times to make it look used with no goop on them. Sell them here?. I’ve the opinion we here on Audiogon are brothers in arms and I would never shoot one of my fellow piles in the head selling them a $25.00 cable with no goop on it for $1.5K. you’re broke aren’t you? No $$$ to refund me. Been doing this to long not to know what’s happening here. Make blinking payments. $1K a month. I would take a vile of goop but you would fill it with mayonnaise as you’ve lost, all integrity in my point of view |
Chris could have sent the refund yesterday and it would’ve been an almost happy ending but zero. Most threads like this disappear by the monitors but maybe because I’ve been here for 20 years, have so many posts and all positive feedback that they’re allowing us to proceed because this is a breakthrough product but unfortunately, in the hands of someone that has maybe very little integrity.

Used and contaminated and NOT in the condition received? I wiped the goop off he claimed 🙄 why would I do that, Chris? The last two I knew not to do that. who’s they? The platform messages says 30 day refund and they were returned within 10 days. They instructed me? Who Aliens? Seems like you just made up your own rules. I can sell when I get them back?. Why can’t you sell them used with your reapplied goop at $1.5K vs now $4K ?

why did you write in this thread how’s my sale of my Hemingway cables in a smart A$$ way? How did you know they were for sale? Because the last two you sent were conditional on selling them and I told you that. Refund option has been executed now live up to your end of the bargain.

Flo could have sold the returned cables at 2/3 off retail price @ $2,250.00 vs now retail $7.5K. Most used gear buyers are looking to pay 60% to 75% off retail. Before this mess Flo could have listed the two used cables and sold them faster at $2.3K than $7.5K and made $1.5K. I paid $1.5K per cable.
Now that he has shown himself to be unethical no one will buy his cables. He has posted the returned cables back to me but I will not open the box nor receive them.
The Gary Anderson on Aug 22 was not me but another Phile with the same name asking to buy his goop. This Gary Anderson has a different email address than mine. He assumed it was me but it was not.

Any chance that @nano-flo refunded your money once he realized he had mistaken you for someone else? Nothing I texted him concerning his error but no Apology and the false writing concerning me is still up on his ad on the eBay site. |
One can not talk to EBay on the phone nor PP.. I returned the cables by FedEx as it was shipped to me by FedEx only to learn EBay uses USPS. Ebay gave me a label after I posted the cables back to the Flo. I do have an order number and a return ID number.
I opened a dispute with PP and my CC company said PP takes 10+ days to get back to me. Flo got the cables back over 10 days ago with a written text that he received them.
PP gets the $$$ back from EBay and if PP drops the ball my CC will take over from there. Having no experience with PP protocol I should have shipped using their label. I am sure PP will get the $$$ back.
signing and receiving Flo’s goopless cables today would have voided my refund I believe and I was not tempted to sign for them. Why he would ship them back to me I don’t know.

He didn’t respond yesterday so I withdrew my offer. I stand corrected as I am new to such things as this. Nothing moves him but the legal way and that being PP. I was hoping for some kind of redemption from all this but I was wrong. Showing him some kind of grace in all this was foolish thinking on my part. I am in direct contact with EBay and PP now. I will no longer text or communicate with him but through PP only.

Good afternoon Chris, Merry Christmas. A Christmas proposition for you: Reimburse me for one cable and make sure it’s gooped up and also a full vile of goop and ship back to me. Rest assured, I am NOT in the in the market to steal Nano Flo from you and start a cable company. I’m 69 years old, retired and I don’t need the hassle of doing something like that, stealing from you. That’s not on my agenda you can see by my audiogone Feedback I don’t do members wrong.. I’m a pretty upright straight shooter. It’s not in my DNA to steal as I’ve been a business owner, operator for over 30 years as a high-end paint contractor and I’ve never screwed anyone. I in return will have Audiogon delete the whole thread that’s online and before it’s deleted I will write in, refund received by Chris Arnold, everything is cool and thanks everyone for your input. I would then write a positive review of your work and submit it to you before posting with no hint of our conflict. Each of us will have to trust each other that we are upright business owners and that in the end we always do the right thing .
Chris was selling a full vile of goop at $900.00 before he yanked the goop. He would still be $600.00 ahead on the refund but I wanted to cast this line in the waters to see if he would at least respond.

His now ad on EBay is a game changer in my favor with PP. He now has a protocol on buying his cables that he didn’t when I bought. He messed up by his own writings.

My wife had me on the phone with EBay within 10 minutes. How do they (wife) manage to do that when I couldn’t get them?
ebay is hot on it and I only needed to supply them with info that I shipped them back within the 30 days from FedEx with their tracking number.
I am sure he will continue to say I altered them by wiping the goop off but that’s not altering them. PP closed my case as they wanted by 12/16/2022 info of receipt I shipped them. They are reopening the case.😳🙈🙄 what’s todays date? 12/27/2022??? |
Krissy is the lady who was selling your goop, Flo?? I hear that you two had a falling out because she was selling to many tubes of your goop making you paranoid that people were going to steal from you so you yanked it from her. With all kinds of threats including a lawsuit that she was stealing your secret sauce. She’s an upright lady that would and has never screwed a client over did nor her late husband Timmy. You had your goop in one of the most trusted and loyal members here on Audiogon selling for you and you got …….. and wanted to sue her?

I’ve known the “reviewer” and spoken and written to him many times and trusted his take on the product and his take on Nano Flo was very accurate as his findings were the same as mine. I kept three, and returned two and with that we all get to see the Flo’s true character. Altered and extortion, disclaimer on the receipt not to wipe off the group all adds to his broken down character being exposed.I didn’t even know there was goop on the cables when I opened the box and right away like the audio fool I am I applied the black Q45 Rick Schulz goop on the first three. No instruction at all in the box. Zero. Now on his EBay ad he has his disclaimer on no other contact enhancers in your system and if so 100% must be removed Otherwise the warranty and refund are voided.I kept $4.5K of his $25.00 cables and returned 2. I now have 3 cables with no warranty because he didn’t take the time to write out instructions on how to use his product. Glory is still learning about Life and the complications involved in dealing with different types of personalities and this Nano Flo personally here has a name folks use…..

Tomorrow we find out If the Flo has convinced EBay to let him off the hook on the refund. His only defense is I altered the cables and with that he needs pics to prove his point that he doesn’t have. Plugging the cables in and out 3 times per his phone conversation with me would “alter” the cables? By plugging in and out would spread the Nano into the receptacles he told me.
Spent $7.5K and want $3K refunded with 2 returned cables in less than 10 days returned back to the Flo. Sad creature.

have you ever noticed that some very very attractive folks cannot handle their looks as it goes to their heads, and their personality becomes tainted by their good looks, and also those who have incredible amounts of money, even though they’re not good, looking or contaminated by the amounts of money they possess such is what we have going with the Flo he has a product that is a Break through contact enhancer, but his personality has been contaminated and tainted by this awesome product that indeed works on a $25 cable and turns it into a a giant killing $20,000 cable plus.
Great sound in the area of audio is not worth compromising My integrity and character as many in this industry have been bought out and paid for for either half price products or free products to write reviews open up threads and the such I would never ever write a review now on this product because the man carrying the product doesn’t equal The awesomeness of the product, whereas had he given me the refund without eBay’s intervention I may have given him a review, knowing that his character equals his product.
