Michell Gyro/Orbe owners upgrade path

Would be delighted to hear from former or current owners of Michell Gyro/Orbe on the TT upgrade path you took or would contemplate taking. Am immensely happy with a Michell Orbe TT with a Triplanar mk 7 arm and the new Transfiguration Orpheus L cartridge feeding a Nagra VPS. There is no earthly reason to upgrade except...
Am looking seriously at a TW Acoustic Raven One !
Many thanks.

Ha! Ha! I am in the same situation. I have the Orbe SE/SME V combo for 7 years now. I've tried several catridges. But my first upgrade will be on building that dedicated room from the ground up. That will set me back some serious dough. So no thoughts about table upgrade for at least the next 5 to 10 years.... The room will be up and "operational" hopefully by this time next year!

This is beyond asprin but its huge fun ! If boys can't play with toys, whats the purpose of life ?
On that pedantic philosophical note would appreciate comments of A'goners who have travelled the Michell road and beyond.
Cheers
I recently (like a week ago) upgraded from a Michelle Gyrodec MK II and the Tecnoarm. I wanted to buy a Transrotor Zet 3.1 with Origin Live Illustrious tonearm mainly because of the looks but it wouldn't fit so I ended up having to settle for an Avid Actuts and Dynavector 507 combination. It has to be THE UGLIEST setup but it sounds fantastic - night and day. Instruments I didn't even know were there are popping out and I have that inky black background. I'm discovering new details everytime I put on a record. I'm still using the old cartridge (Ortofon 2M Bronze) because my new cartridge hasn't arrived but hopefully (it better for what I spent) it will sound much better.

Good luck and let us know what you end up doing.
You have upgradeitis, take two aspirins and call your dealer in the morning. But there is no known cure. I am sure God tinkers with the choir celestial from time to time.
