Meitner Ma1 Not Powering Up

I've enjoyed this DAC for about 4 years now...I sat down to listen tonight and nada - dead as a door nail....no lights...no response to other chords...nothing.

Any ideas or guidance?

About halfway down, the fuse is clearly shown on the board after the AC input receptacle on the rear of the unit. :)
