McIntosh's pre and power amp, change AC Mains voltage by end users

Is it possible to change the AC Mains voltage of McIntosh's current pre and power amp models by users? (e.g.by re-soldering the jumpers inside)

I do not believe so but you definitely should call McIntosh and inquire.
