McIntosh mcd 1100 vs mct 450 and ma7900 dac
Hello. My first post here.
I have an opportunity to purchase a mint mcd 1100. I currently use an mct 450 and use the interface with the dac in the ma7900. I have revel F228be speakers with transparent super wire. I use audioquest coaxial cable from the 450 to the 7900. My question is will the 1100 be an upgrade from the 450 or a lateral move. Usually play RBCD. Any advice or insight would be greatly appreciated. Want to stay with Mac and might also look at the new mcd600 if that is a better choice. Regards.
