I cannot coment your very setting but sorry, why shouldn't it match up? I run the Wadia 270/27ix into McIntosh MC 2000 - which is as good as it gets. One hint: the Wadias are very responsive to power (cords et al). Try the PS 300 f.e. and - believe it or not - you will get different sound-characters out of the different Multiwaves! Very handy to adjust to different music styles!
