I haven't tried that specific combination, but I've mixed and matched a lot of subs over the years for home theater. Currently a pair of SVS SB 13 Ultras and a pair of Rythmik F25s and a HSU MBM-12 for good measure. They should sound better than one sub. What exactly are you concerned about?
