I had a pair of these back in the mid 90s. I remember one time disconnecting the woofer module to see what was what. There was absolutely no midbass to speak of. I'm not sure that midrange plays down to 125 hz.
Match for Von Swcheikert VR 4 top sections
Maybe an odd question but I was able to find some VR 4 top sections that have lost their bass units somewhere in their life's journey. Should I try a set of good quality subs or go DYI to try to pair up. I hate to see these high quality speakers go to waste. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
