Mastersound and Ayon Spark V
Do U think Ayon is in the same league?
Recently I bought again a pair of Devore’s O/93 and I know I won’t move again from John’s beautiful creations (will reach 96 at some point).
Thing is, I’m very intrigue by the new Spark V from Ayon, wouldn’t mind to try, with those 6c33 tubes, how is the sound of them, compare to say 300B, 845, KT’s?
I’m pretty fortunate to own a Mastersound Gemini, (have had Dueundici, Dueventi, 300b compact, and house sound is magical to me), but maybe is too much for Devore’s and a smaller SET or SEP would be enough, like new Icona, or 845, 300B, Duetrenta; and can save for a good step up or phono stage).
Perfectly Happy with Mastersound build quality and sound, it makes everything sounds good, and cannot afford those Shindo that all of You talk (Leben wasn’t my fav btw).
