Marantz SA-14: Original vs. Version 2?

SA14v2 applied new circuit design and new ELNA capacitors. Sound much open (wider) than SA14 original.

Redbook CD performance still the same, need a better quality DA to work as suppliment.

I saw it last night in the Music Direct catalog. I think it was around $3000.

It's not available until end of Dec. I was told it would be the same price, and only in champagne.

Any idea as to how much? The machine was promised last month, yet, as far as I know, it still doesn't actually exist in the US (at least at 110V)....
