Manual for Will Vincent Mod Dynaco ST-70

I just purchased a Will Vincent Modded Dynaco ST-70 and it looks great. I'm about to buy a PAS 3 and have not hooked up the ST70 yet. I need to know how to bias the power tubes voltage and would like to know and understand more about what was done by Will. Does he or Autospec provide a manual or some basic instructions or information about this amp mod? Is Will or Autospec on Facebook or have a website?
